Thank you for shopping with aopltee.shop. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered when you purchase from our online store.

1. Shipping Area
aopltee.shop currently sells and ships to customers within the United States only. We do not currently ship to countries or regions outside the United States.

2. Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully completed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing time may be longer during peak seasons, holidays, high order volume, or when additional order verification is required.

3. Shipping Origin
Orders placed through our online store are fulfilled and shipped directly from our warehouse located in China to the United States.
(Note: Our U.S. customer service and return address is provided in Section 13 for communication and returning items, but products are shipped directly from our warehouse in China to U.S. customers.)

4. Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time within the United States is 5–10 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Shipping delays may occur due to severe weather, carrier peak seasons, public holidays, international customs processing, address issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Shipping Cost
aopltee.shop offers the following shipping rates for orders within the United States:

Orders of $88.00 or more: Free shipping

Orders below $88.00:** Flat shipping fee of **$15.00
The applicable shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed. Customers can review the total shipping cost before placing an order.

6. Order Confirmation
After your order is placed successfully, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please review your order details carefully, including your shipping address, product information, and contact information. If you notice any incorrect information, please contact us as soon as possible at service@aopltee.shop.

7. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information when available. Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after the shipping carrier receives the package. You can track your package directly using the carrier's tracking system.

8. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. aopltee.shop is not responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, lost packages, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to confirm the next steps. Additional shipping fees may apply if the order needs to be reshipped.

9. Delivery Issues
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check your porch, lobby, delivery area, neighbors, or your local carrier's delivery office. If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us at service@aopltee.shop so we can help review the issue.

10. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
If your package is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed during shipping, please contact us at service@aopltee.shop. Please include your order number, tracking number, and any relevant photos if the package or item arrived damaged. We will review the issue and work with the carrier or provide a suitable solution according to the situation.

11. Damaged, Incorrect Items & Fragile Items Handling
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
💡 Fragile Items Notice: As our products are ceramic cups and saucers, they are fragile items. If you notice obvious damage on the outer package or find broken items upon opening the box within 7 days of delivery, please provide photos of the damaged item AND the outer packaging/shipping label to service@aopltee.shop. We will immediately arrange a replacement or refund for you, and you do not need to return the broken items.

12. Order Cancellation Before Shipping
If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible at service@aopltee.shop. If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to help. If the order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after receiving the item according to our Return & Refund Policy.
